Don’t over-complicate your message, people don’t have infinite attention spans and if they feel your message is not clear they will move on. Make sure you are consistent both with your content, and with your content schedule. And finally, respond to feedback quickly in all capacities, whether that is addressing a complaint, or thanking a customer for a 5 star review.
