Each social platform attracts a different gender
and age specific demographic.
Facebook is largely females between the age of 35-65.
Instagram is also largely females but much younger
– ranging from 20-35 years old.
While Twitter attracts both males and females fairly equally,
it’s home to the youngest demographic – 18-29 years old.
So…if you are seeking to market yourself and engage with second home buyers, Facebook should be your number one social platform for that demographic. Time is money, so take a look at where you’re spending most of your social media time, and adjust where necessary.
