For example:

If you are marketing a listing to families – Focus on the local playground, the great schools nearby, the safe environment, and/or the convenience of local shops and restaurants.

If you are marketing to singles or younger couples –  Convenience and lifestyle are key.  Showcase close proximity to highways for daily commutes, local shops, restaurants and nightlife, and market valuation.

 

Not only are you providing some great content to your prospects, you are also demonstrating your knowledge of the area.
