“No matter who you are or what your business is, a majority of your readers will be looking at your email on a mobile device. So stop designing with a desktop-mentality. Instead, design with a mobile-first mentality to ensure that your email is readable and looks good on a mobile device. Important things to consider are text size, image size, readability of buttons, what it looks like if the images don’t load because someone’s connection is too slow, etc.”
