Beware outsourcing your personal social media efforts.

If you truly want to build relationships online, you’ll need to make time to do it yourself. Just as you can’t have someone else authentically participate in an offline conversation in your place, nor can you online.

Promoting your company or brand is more acceptable to outsource, but be keenly aware of what that messaging says.

Remember, once it’s online, it’s always online.
